Hi ladies!
phew! its already day 4 in the ponds challenge! today unfortunately was a busy day for me so i only was able to post this challenge now at night but i have done the challenge and took out some pictures earlier today.
Today's challenge was to energize up yourself by having a lovely smoothie for breakfast ive done so by joining hands with my mum in the kitchen today!. She helped my create a yummy and divine mango smoothie!.It was really yummy yet very nutritious.
How to make your very own
home-made mango bliss
smoothie
you will need :
§ Ripe Mango
§ sugar
§ milk
§ blender
Method:start of by peeling your ripened mango and remove the seed. Place the mango in the blender . add your own amount of sugar and add 1 cup milk.Blend it all up and you ready to go!:).........
